The UPG specification

The Unified Product Graph specification, entity type definitions, and accompanying documentation are published as an open standard. The specification itself is released under the MIT License.

License

All UPG software packages (@upg/core, @upg/mcp-server, @upg/mcp-cloud, adapters, templates) are released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them. See /license for the full text.

Beta status

UPG is currently in beta. The specification, entity types, schemas, and APIs may change between versions. We will document breaking changes in release notes. We make no guarantees about backwards compatibility during beta. Production use is at your own discretion.
